PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for easily fixing a micro sample, whose diameter is not more than several tens microns and the living body sample of a cell without damaging them and for obtaining precise inner three- dimensional images. SOLUTION: A galvanomirror 5 and an adjustable mount 7 three- dimensionally scan the focal position of a laser beam for optical trap, which is generated from an optical trap light source 1 and is converged by an objective lens 6, and a sample 10 trapped by the laser beam for optical trap, is moved three-dimensionally in the solution 9 of a cell 8. Thus, the sample 10 can three- dimensionally be moved to the focal position of an analysis laser beam generated from analysis optical source 11 and converged by an objective lens 16. Thus, a three-dimensional image by fluorescence and Raman scattered light is obtained from the sample 10.
