发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC POLYESTER RESIN FOAM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably manufacturing a thermoplastic polyester resin foam which is almost free from the generation or the retention of an unreacted product or a by-product. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyester resin with 0.4 dl/g or more limiting viscosity and a chemical compound with 3 or more pieces of carboxyl group in a molecule or an anhydride thereof are melt-kneaded and this mixture is hardened by cooling and the thermoplastic polyester resin obtained by heating and a foaming agent are melt-kneaded. Then this mixture is extruded and is made to foam. In this method for manufacturing the thermoplastic polyester resin foam, the thermoplastic polyester resin and the chemical compound with three or more pieces of the carboxyl group in the molecule or the anhydride thereof are blended so that the carboxyl group equivalent of the chemical compound or the anhydride thereof is within the range of 30-250 when the hydroxyl group equivalent of the thermoplastic polyester resin is 100.
