PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hiding sheet which is stuck on a surface for entry of confidential information so as to hide the information and facilitates release of release paper laminated on the sheet, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: This sheet has sheet ground paper 10 to which a resin film 11 is adhered by an adhesive, nonwoven fabric 13 coated with the adhesive and the release paper 15 to the release-agent-coated surface of which the adhesive-coated surface of the nonwoven fabric 13 is adhered releasably. The release paper 15 is formed to be larger than the nonwoven fabric 13, and the resin film 11 and the nonwoven fabric 13 are heat-bonded releasably. The adhesion between the resin film 11 and the nonwoven fabric 13 is made larger than that between the release paper 15 and the nonwoven fabric 13. The hiding sheet 4 is a member on one side of paper 1 divided by a folding line 2, while the member corresponding thereto across the folding line 2 is an application 3.
