SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a Pd hydrogen separating membrane by which hydrogen is permeated and separated from a hydrogen- containing gas, a thin coating film of palladium or an alloy composed mainly of palladium is formed on the surface of a shape-forming base, which is, in turned, removed to manufacture the Pd hydrogen-separating membrane.
