PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of feeling due to kickback to a brake pedal during anti-lock brake controlling. SOLUTION: This method and device of anti-lock brake controlling calculates the intensifying gradient of fluid pressure in a wheel cylinder 14 and controls a motor 26 so as to adjust brake fluid amount returned to a main fluid pressure circuit 41 from an auxiliary reservoir 27 in accordance with the calculated intensified gradient.
