PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having such a structure as a sealing member covering a semiconductor layer can be prevented from being damaged or delaminated. SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises a semiconductor layer 4 provided on one plate face of a substrate 1 while being divided into a plurality of parts and the semiconductor layer is sealed with a sealing member 8. The sealing member is provided on one plate face of the substrate such that the end face thereof does not project from the end face of the substrate.
