PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in which heat insulating material on the rear surface at a curved section can be separated easily at the time of recycling and workability of dismantling work is enhanced. SOLUTION: The air conditioner 1 comprises a heat exchanger 9 and a fan 8 disposed in an air channel formed by a body easing 2 and a heat insulating material 11 is applied to the rear surface side at a curved section 3 of the body casing 2 in the vicinity of the air outlet 7 of the air channel. The rear surface at the curved section 3 is shaped stepwise vertically along with the side being applied with the heat insulating material 11 corresponding to the rear surface such that any one of two stepwise faces serves as a joint face. |
