PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio integrated monitoring system able to be constituted of simple and inexpensive facilities. SOLUTION: A monitoring signal detected by an abnormality detector 11 is transmitted to a monitoring signal receiving part 12 or a start signal generating part 13. The start signal to be generated when an abnormality is detected is transmitted from the start signal generating part 13 to a monitor signal transmitting part 14, its transmitting and receiving part is activated and the monitoring signal is dialed from a first portable radio telephone set 15 via a first antenna 16. A receiving signal received by a second antenna 21 is demodulated by a second portable radio telephone set 22, the obtained monitored signal is processed by a monitor signal receiving part 23 and an observer is informed of an abnormal state.
