PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent other loads from being not able to maintain operations due to reduction of a supply voltage to efficiently control power supply to a strobe device in a range allowable for operation maintenance of other loads while maintaining operations of other loads. SOLUTION: When the supply voltage varied by a load state is equal to or lower than a reference voltage, the period of a periodic oscillation boosting operation in a boosting circuit is interrupted to output a current supply inhibition signal, and then current supply in this period is interrupted. When a prescribed return condition is satisfied by restoration of the supply voltage, the inhibition signal is released in the period.
