PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance quality of external appearance of a refrigerator on one hand, by sticking a press jig and the inner face of an inner box fast to each other, thereby suppressing the transformation of the inner box caused by the expansion of that foaming heat insulating material, when injecting, foaming, and solidifying foaming heat insulating material in the filling space made between an outer box and an inner box constituting a heat insulting box, and to enhance the production efficiency of the heat insulating box of a refrigerator or the like on the other, which curtailing the time required for modification of the transformation of the inner box and adjustment of the pressing jig. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of suction ports 5c, leading to a vacuum pump 5 at the faces opposed to both side faces 3a and a rear 3b of the inner box 3 of a pressing jig 5, and a heat insulating box 1 is made, while suppressing the transformation of the inner box 3, by sucking the air lying interposed between the inner box 3 and the pressing jig 5 through the suction ports 5c, thereby sticking the pressing jig 5 and the inner box 3 fast to each other, while the foaming heat insulating material 4 is injected into the filling space 1b and that foaming heat-insulating material 4 foams and solidifies.
