PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground single-port hydrant that prevents foreign objects such as mud and sand from entering clearances among a valve body, a base, and disengagement piece by providing a base cap that can bury the base of the mounting part of a fire hose and the disengagement piece since a cavity is formed on the earth's surface for installing the valve body, the mounting part of the fire hose exists below the earth's surface, and the foreign objects such as mud and sand can easily enter. SOLUTION: In the underground single-port hydrant, a base cap is provided, where the base cap can bury the base of the mounting part of a fire hose, and a disengagement piece.
