O-(perfluoroalkyl)dibenzofuranium salt derivatives represented by the following general formula (1),(wherein Rf in said general formula (1) is a C1-10 perfluoroalkyl group and X- is a conjugate base of a Brönsted acid). Intermediates for preparation of the derivatives, a preparation method thereof, perfluoroalkylating agents comprising the said derivatives and the said preparation intermediates, and a perfluoroalkylating method.
