SOLUTION: The number of times of use of each down-loaded program is counted (S1), and when a request for deletion is issued from a user (S8), or when the idle capacity of a memory is below prescribed amounts (S3), a program designated by a user or a program of which the number of times of use is small is deleted (S5). |
