PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minus ion air cleaner which is capable of easily releasing air containing a large amount of minus ions with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This minus ion air cleaner has a minus ion generating brush 2 implanted and provided with a multiplicity of a fabric 2c adhered with fine powder formed by densely fixing the fine powder of a material generating the minus ions (OH") by coming into contact with atomized moisture to the surface of fiber material and fiber bristles 2b, an atomized moisture forming means 3 and a motor 4 for rotating the minus ion generating brush 2.
