PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of obtaining a high heat insulation effect by a heat insulation panel. SOLUTION: The heating cooker 1 comprises an outer case 10, an oven cabinet 4 provided in the case 10, heaters 2, 3 for heating a material 20 to be heated, and a heat insulation panel 5 provided on the outer surface of the cabinet 4. The panel 5 has a cover film 11 and a reinforcing member 12 airtightly covered with the film 11. Thus, an area 14 for containing the member 12 in the film 11 is held in a degassed state. The film 11 is made of a metal thin film having heat resistance and flexibility. The member 12 is a communicating porous material having heat resistance and rigidity.
