PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road tunnel ventilating system maintaining excellent environment in a tunnel and around an exit pit mouth while satisfying economy and the like. SOLUTION: This combined road tunnel ventilating system is composed of a longitudinal flow ventilating part I and a dispersed exhaust port type semi-cross flow ventilating part II. In the ventilating system, it is so controlled that an exhaust neutral point position ENP generated in the ventilating system remains in a specified position in the dispersed exhaust port type semi-cross flow ventilating area II.
