PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of effectively using a living space of a second floor part by extensively securing the living space of the second floor part and improving an outer appearance image of a surface. SOLUTION: An overhung part 5 overhanging it side wall outward is constructed at least on a part of an upper layer floor from a second floor 2b of a surface 2 of this building 1 on the building 1 of at least more than two floors. A decorative girth 6 or a decorative attaching support 7 or both of them are arranged on an outside angle part of the overhung part 5.
