PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dome roof swing construction method and a truss panel point structure requiring the installation of working scaffolds timbering, working area of heavy machinery, and material stockyard only for a part of a stadium, allowing a roof truss assembly work for forming a dome roof and the other construction works to be performed parallel with each other, and capable shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: This dome roof swing construction method comprises the steps of vertically installing a rotating shaft for vertically installing the rotating shaft 13 at the center of a stadium where a dome roof 1 is constructed, installing an outer peripheral part skeleton for installing an outer peripheral part skeleton 6 on the outer periphery of the stadium, and forming a partial dome roof supporting the center part of the roof, supporting the outer periphery thereof by a truck on the outer peripheral part skeleton, and constructing the lattice fan-like dome roof, and then repeating the same steps at a position where the constructed fan-like dome roof was rotated, constructing a dome roof adjacent to the previous fan-like dome roof, allowing the dome roof to be positioned adjacent to and connected to the rotated fan-like dome roof, and covering the stadium from the upper side so as to form the dome roof.
