PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure for a base isolated building which necessitates no large underfloor height, nor large underfloor flat surface, nor large space for bringing in, and which imposes no restriction on the design of the building and, besides, can be constructed at low cost, the building equipped with the piping structure and a method for fitting the piping structure. SOLUTION: In the piping structure for the base isolated building which is provided for laying a pipe connected to the upper structural body side of the base isolated building, on one side, and to the foundation 1 side on the other, the pipe 15 being flexible is looped in the underfloor part of the base isolated building and the intermediate part of the looped pipe 15 is suspended from the upper structural body and supported by a flexible wire 25.
