PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and definitely pull out an existing foundation pile without leaving a certain portion in the middle only by pulling out with a vibration pile driving machine while giving vibration. SOLUTION: A pile pull-out device equipped with a short-sized casing 12 to the lower portion of a plate body 10 of a channel sheet pile-shaped of a plate body 10 having a recessed portion 11 on one surface of the sheet pile or the like is used, the short-sized casing 12 is fitted to the pile periphery from the upper end of the existing pile 16 while the upper end of the plate body 10 is attached to the vibration pile driving machine 15 and vibration is applied, the plate body 10 and the short-sized casing 12 is lowered and the relation between the existing pile 16 and the ground is cut off at the portion of the short-sized casing 12, and the existing pile 16 projecting out upward from the short-sized casing 12 is positioned along the recessed portion 11 of the plate body 10, and the existing pile 16 and the plate body 10 are fastened with a fastening material 17 such as wire or the like, and the existing pile 16 along the plate body 10 is pulled out together with the plate body 10.
