PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form support capable of being smoothly and safely erected with high efficiency at a low cost without eliminating coherence with the existing handrail or an adjacent floor slab and facilitating the assembly and demolition work. SOLUTION: A holder is constructed as a two slide type of a lower slide holder 5 and an upper slide form support 6, both of them are monolithically assembled in a span of a pier, it is moved in the direction of a bridge axis to carry out work, an auxiliary slide guide is held in an interruption part of a slide guide 8 right above the pier, the lower slide holder 5 waiting in the opposite side of a main girder 3 is moved, and the slide guide 8 is connected to make it possible to smoothly move the slide form support 6 in the direction of the bridge axis. Stress occurring in the case of concrete casting is dispersed and absorbed by providing the base of an upper flange 3' of the main girder 3, and stretching a rod or a wire 14 between a scaffold hanging metal fixture 11 and the slide form support 6.
