PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fan which has an equipment for preventing short-circuit and blows warm air into a bathroom. SOLUTION: A heating and humidifying device for heating the inside of a bathroom to turn this room like a sauna consists of a hot water intake port which is connected to a hot water feeding port for feeding hot water into the bathroom, a water generating fan driven by hot water flow-in pressure from this hot water intake port and vapor-liquid heat exchange structure arranged on the sucking side of this fan. Hot water fed from the hot water intake port drives the wind generating fan and flows to the outside through the vapor heat exchange structure.
