<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for making a molded ceiling in which an opening part can be rewound easily, and man-hours and costs are reduced. CONSTITUTION: A method consists of a molding process in which a skin material 3 on which polyurethane 6 is laminated is stuck to a core material 2 made of foamed Noryl, and the product is softened by preheating to mold the core material 2 and the skin material 3 simultaneously, trimming-piercing process in which an opening is pierced, a cutting process in which the core material on the periphery of the opening is placed between a cutting blade 7 and a lower mold 8 to be cut off, and a rewinding process in which the skin material on the periphery of the opening is rewound onto the back side of the core material 2 to be bonded to the core material 2.</p> |
