PURPOSE:To enable the whole positioning of plural pieces of ceiling panels to be done so easily as well as to reduce a span of operating manhours. CONSTITUTION:This panel structure is provided with a wall panel 10, a ceiling panel 20, and an upper end contact part 3 adjoining to an upper peripheral plate 12a of this wall panel 10, plus a joining auxiliary member 30 with a collapse part 35 extending downward from a wall panel indoor side end 32 of the upper end contact part 31 and a ceiling panel mounting part 38 extending in direction of the wall panel indoor side from a lower end 36 of the collapse part 35. The joining auxiliary member 30 is installed in the wall panel 10 so as to make the upper end contact part 31 adjoin to the upper peripheral plate 12a, and the ceiling panel 20 is attached to the joining auxiliary member 30 so as to make at least its end part adjoin to the ceiling panel mounting part 38 of this member 30. |
