PURPOSE:To secure the redundancy of a system and to improve the power generating and charging efficiency without the effect of the fluctuation of a running load and the like. CONSTITUTION:The running by a motor is performed by the output electric power of a battery stack 12 at first. A vehicle system controller 14 connects the battery stack 12 to the side of a power generating and charging device 21 when the battery stack 12 reaches the preset discharging depth and switches a battery stack 11 to the side of a motor device 20. Thus, a motor 23 is driven with the electric power outputted from the battery stack 11. The battery stack 12, which is connected to the electric generating and charging device 12, starts an engine 26. Thus, a generator 25 outputs the AC power. After the AC power is converted into the DC power with an AC/DC converter 24, the power is supplied into the battery stack 12. |
