The device has additional first and second masks with similar holes and the respective colors of the luminophors; all three masks are assembled in a single pack for radiation of a combination color, a matrix of diverging lenses is introduced, which are positioned in alignment with the respective holes of the mask on the side of the layer diameter; mirror tapered surfaces are made in alignment with each hole on the side of the smaller diameter. EFFECT: eliminated construction awkwardness and necessity of selective application of luminophors of different colors on the same surface. 4 cl, 3 dwg
