SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of indoline-2-one of the formula (I) where W means the group -CH2- or SO2; Cy in common with carbon atom to which it is bound form nonaromatic saturated hydrocarbon cycle with 3-6 carbon atoms; T means alkylene with 1-4 carbon atoms or a simple bond; Z means amino-group; R1,R2,R3 and R4 are hydrogen atom or substituents, for example, halogen atom, alkyl and so on. New derivatives show affinity for receptors of vasopressin and/or oxytocin and can be used as active components of pharmaceutical compositions. Invention describes also method of their synthesis and pharmaceutical compositions containing thereof.
