SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of butadiene of the formula (I-a) where A means pyridine, pyrimidine or benzene ring that can be substituted optionally; B means pyridine, oxo-substituted pyridine, pyrimidine, benzene or C1-4-alkylenedihydroxy-substituted benzene ring; R1 means C1-6-alkyl; R2 means hydrogen atom; -COR32 means C2-7-alkoxy-carbonyl and so on; -COR42 means carboxyl group and so on, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts; derivatives of amidobutadiene of the formula (I-b) where values A, B, R1,R2,-COR32 are given above; -COR43 means carbamoyl group that can be substituted optionally and so on, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts; derivative of pyrrolidine of the formula (2) where A, B, R1,R2 are given above; R5 means pyridyl-substituted C1-6/ -alkyl group and so on, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Method of synthesis of compound of the formula (I-a) involves treatment of diester compound of the formula (4) with acid or base followed by conversion of product to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Method of synthesis of compound of the formula (I-b) involves interaction of compound of the formula (I-a) with compound of the formula (5) H-R40 (5) where R40 means free or substituted amino-group. Method of synthesis of compound of the formula (2) involves reaction of intramolecular cyclization of compound of the formula (I-c) .
