<p>A cover device (18), comprising a container mounting part (21) fixed to a mouth part (19) of a container (11) so as to upwardly open an opening at the mount part (19) of the container (11), a cover (22) opening and closing an opening in a communication member (26) of the container mounting part (21) installed rotatably on the container mounting part (21) and communicating with the opening at the mouth part (19) of the container (11), an operating part (24) installed on the container mounting part (21) movably in vertical direction so as to upwardly open the opening at the mouth part (19) of the container (11), and a spring upwardly energizing the operating part (24), wherein the operating part (24) is moved downward to open the cover (22) and moved upward to close the cover (22).</p> |
