A sales method and related apparatus for operation through a communications network. The method includes presenting items for sales at a first sales interface at a first network address and presenting them for sale at a second sales interface at a second network address. Offers are received for at least some of the items from offerors through the first sales interface, and offers are received for at least some of the items from offerors through the second sales interface. Some of the items are offered to offerors having placed offers through the first sales interface, and some are awarded to offerors having placed offers through the second sales interface.
