PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a dead point for start in a motor by using properties that soft magnetic or a magnetic rod (wire, needle) disposed in an x-axis (radial) direction never stops on the border between the magnetic fields, and rotates freely in an area except in the magnetic field borders, in a structural design that permits a micro motor to restart any time. SOLUTION: This structural design of a flat micro motor and a flat micro vibrating motor are designed so that they can restart any time in rotating on a magnetic magnet of having north and south magnetic poles plane magnetized by fixing the magnetic rod (soft magnetic rod, wire part or rod permanent magnet) in an x-axis (radial, diametrical) direction of an electric rotor (rotor).
