PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element whose inductance precision can be made satisfactory, whose yield can be made satisfactory, and whose self- mounting on a trimming manufacturing device can be made simple and a trimming device. SOLUTION: This inductance element is formed like a circular shape or a prismatic shape by forming a spiral conductive part 17 on the surface of a pedestal 10 made of dielectric materials or magnetic materials. In this case, a pair of recessed parts are arranged so as to be faced to each other at the positions equivalent to the center of the rotary shaft of the conductive part at both edges 11 and 12 of the pedestal 10.
