SOLUTION: This system is provided with a three-dimensional characteristic information storing and managing means 1 for generating and managing three- dimensional characteristic information 11 indicating the characteristics of three- dimensional shape data and three-dimensional shape restoration guide information 12 from the three-dimensional characteristic information 11 and a user precision decision means 2 for deciding the precision of the shape requested by a user.
