PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device for circulating nozzle capable of easily replacing a sample vessel without impairing the reproducibility of the position of a circulating nozzle. SOLUTION: In this positioning device for circulating nozzle 1 for retaining a circulating nozzle N for injecting a liquid to a vessel (Petri dish or the like) or discharging the liquid from the vessel, a nozzle retaining member 3 for retaining the circulating nozzle N is provided on a base part 2 fixable on a prescribed reference plane (the stage of a microscope). According to this, the circulating nozzle N can be fixed to the prescribed reference plane. A magnet 34 is further provided on the bottom surface of the nozzle retaining member 3, and the nozzle retaining member 3 and the base part 2 formed of a magnetic material are fixed by the magnetic force. The fixing position of the nozzle retaining member 3 on the base part 2 can be thus easily changed.
