<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously connect each of equipment located inside an information space and a computer and to visually confirm the connecting state on the display of the computer. SOLUTION: The 'gaze-link' metaphor of establishing a connection with an object, which is watched by a camera, is provided. By sticking a visual marker on the object of connection and picking up the image with the camera, the object is identified and the connection is established. Besides, in the network environment of interconnecting a lot of equipment as a result of providing the continuous connection with the identified equipment, a user can intuitively or directly designate the object of operation without caring of the name or the like of each of equipment.</p> |
