PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly AV information processor which can easily and speedily perform necessary processings, even when a user who is unfamiliar with handling reproduces or records enormous kinds and amounts of AV information. SOLUTION: This processor is equipped with an AV information recording part 13, which stores AV information including audio information, etc., a microphone 1 which making a request to perform an information process using AV information from the outside, an AV information database 15 which stores relative information related to AV information, and a system management agent 9, which proposes plural executing methods by retrieving different execution methods capable of executing the requested information processing in an AV information recording part 14 and in an AV information database 15 and outputting proposal information showing the retrieved executing methods to the outside.
