<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a solar cell panel having resistance against heavy wind and snow, and superior in fixing function. SOLUTION: A fixing device, which fixes a solar cell panel 1 to a roof, etc., comprises a clamping/fixing means provided with a hollow rail-like stage 8, which is of nearly protruding shape in cross section, fixed laterally, and an inside clamping member 15 and outside member 16 which fix the solar cell panel 1, by clamping with a screw on the stage 8. The stage 8 comprises a holding surface 10 and a clamp member insert groove 11 in its inside, opened inwardly along the holding surface 10. The inside clamp member 15 is provided with a facing side edge 28, which is engage with the clamp insert groove 11 for sliding along it, with the engagement between the side edge 28 and the clamp member insert group 11 using a hook.</p> |
