MOVING PICTURE TRANSMISSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to transmit a moving picture with excellent display quality of less missing frames through a mobile phone even under a condition where a transmission speed of data is limited. SOLUTION: Interleave processing is applied to image data expanded in a transmission frame memory 45a on the basis of a plurality of preset interleave patterns so as to transmit the data in a way that the data quantity to be sent per frame is minimized. On the other hand, a receiver side expands the received data in a reception frame memory 45b while applying interpolation processing to the interleaved data according to a procedure corresponding to the interleave patterns used for interleaving the data by a transmitter side.
