PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mobility of appliance casing or an object using a know suspension unit as the starting point, avoid the so-called dead point caused when a jib or a pivotal arm is positioned with a supported arm of a suspension unit of an illuminator in a straight line and also ensure a height control possibility sufficient to illumination. SOLUTION: Arms 9', 9" on both sides of the pivotal arm 9 are arranged with the same height and pivotably arranged into both sides within angular range of ±0 to 110 deg. in one horizontal plane, and a rotation joint 7 and a medium joint 10 of the pivotal arm 9 is positioned in one plane. |
