PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmitter such as a facsimile equipment that saves its memory capacity, avoids misunderstanding with a transmission opposite party and prevents required information from being missing. SOLUTION: In the case that an ID of the transmission opposite party is dissident with an ID registered in a permissible ID storage section (NO in #3), at least part of transmitted information is printed (#14), the image transmitted urges a user to instruct whether or not the user receivers all transmission information, and when the user instructs the transmitter to receive all the transmission information (YES in #15), the transmitter transmits a re-transmission request text to the transmission opposite party (#19). When the user instructs no reception (NO in #15), the transmitter transmits a reception reject text (#22). Thus, in comparison with a conventional transmitter that confirms the necessity of information after storing all transmission information is stored in a memory, the memory capacity can be saved and informing the transmission opposite party about intention of reception reject can avoid misunderstanding.
