PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily report abnormality at a low cost by using an existent radio telephone set without necessitating large-scale equipment. SOLUTION: Once an abnormality signal has been inputted to a control part 7 from one of the first to fourth boilers B1 to B4, it is displayed on a display panel 2 as the flickering of a lamp corresponding to an abnormality occurring boiler. A radio telephone set 5 calls a radio telephone set 41 on the side of a user by dial operation by a dial operation mechanism 6 and transmits data on the video of the panel 2 photographed by a camera 11. Then, the video of the panel 2 is displayed on the color display part 42 of the set 41 on the side of the user.
