PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element and radio terminal equipment for reducing the probability of the generation of any mounting failure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a column-shaped pedestal 11, a conductive film 12 formed on the pedestal 11, and grooves 13 formed in the conductive film 12. In this case, thickness P2 of the part of the conductive film 12 formed on the both edges of the side faces of the pedestal 11 is made thinner than thickness P1 of the part of the conductive film 12 having the grooves 13.
