SOLUTION: The connecting and fixing piece has a bolt hole in both ends in the longitudinal direction, a center strip surface is raised in a trapezoidal shape, a diagonal of the trapezoid on a back side is abutted on a projection of the work to be connected, and when a fixing bolt is tightened, the force to pull the works to be connected close to each other.
