PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an analyses of sample solution within a wide concentration range extending from a low concentration to a high concentration by use of one device. SOLUTION: A sample solution, when it has a high concentration, is cut by a cut loop 16 in the cutting route of a first sample cutting valve 14 and transmitted to a separation column 18 with an eluent. The sample solution, when it has a low concentration, is concentrated in the concentration column of the cutting route of a second sample cutting valve 15 followed by cutting, and then sent to the separation column 18.
