PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit, which is immure against noise and can cope with high operation frequency. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a memory array, an input circuit and an output circuit for performing writing data in the memory array and reading out data from the memory array, and a package incorporating the memory array, the input circuit, and the output circuit and comprising 100 pins. Identical voltages (VddI, VddQ) are applied to the fourth pin, the 11-th pin, the 20-th pin, 27-th pin, 54-th pin, 61-th pin, 70-th pin, 77-th pin.
