<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an energy-saving without damaging a visual environment to a worker. SOLUTION: The lighting device comprises a plurality of whole space lighting fixtures A1, A2 for lighting a room whole space, a plurality of local lighting fixture T1-T4 for lighting desk topsides of working desks D1-D3, human-sensing sensors S1-S3 for sensing whether a worker H takes the working desks D1-D3, and a control CT for controlling the turning on and off and light-modulating of the local lighting fixtures T1.... which make to include the desk topsides of the working desks D1... sensing whether the worker takes a desk based on sensing result of the human-sensing sensors S1-S3 in a lighting area. Since each of local lighting fixtures T1-T4 is disposed in a room space in order for the desk topsides of each of the working desks D1-D3 to be included in the lighting area M1-M4 of a plurality of local lighting fixture, an energy-saving can be achieved, an illumination evenness is enhanced and a hand-shading is can be reduced by carrying out a lighting (task lighting) only if is required.</p> |
