PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof box which obtains a soundproofness without changing the center of gravity and weight of an apparatus which is an object to be protected against the sound disturbance owing to the attachment of the soundproof box in the soundproof box protecting an apparatus against the scoustic component from the surroundings. SOLUTION: This soundproof box is constituted so as to be movable independent of an apparatus which is the object to be protected against the acoustic component from the surroundings. In addition, this soundproof box is constituted so as to be provided with wheels (caster) for movement and a leg structure which is elevalable for installation and fixation.
