PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bind clip which is capable of holding the clipping state of a POP(point of purchase) advertisement or POP advertisement holder in an exactly perpendicular state, securely joins clipping pieces on both sides and enables a user to easily carry out opening operation. SOLUTION: The stationary side clipping piece 5 and the moving side clipping piece 6 are freely turnably and pivotally disposed by a pin member. The stationary side clipping piece 5 and the moving side clipping piece 6 are clipped by means of a curved leaf spring 13 in a position where their lower parts are parted, by which these pieces are elastically energized in a close direction. The stationary side clipping piece 5 has a lever 15a which constitutes flat perpendicular surfaces 14 at its inner flanks and is extended downward. The moving side clipping piece 6 has a lever 15b which is curved in the section at the top end 16 on the inner side, has many projections 17 and is extended downward. Further, the upper side of the projecting part 7 of the stationary side clipping piece 5 is formed as an inclined side 19a having an upward grading in a direction parting from the perpendicular surface 14 and is formed to a level difference shape with which the upper sides of the arm piece 10 of the stationary side clipping piece 5 and a projecting piece 19 projectingly disposed in the parted position of the moving side clipping piece 6 have the inclined sides.
