PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long bending switch that can obtain a stabilized quality, constitute a switch having less than a half length compared with that of a prior art, and make external appearance good. SOLUTION: A long bending switch of the invention has elasticity and conductivity and is formed into a curvature shape to make a central part to be most swelled and protruded along a longitudinal direction. The long bending switch has a pair of outer electrodes 2, 3 arranged opposing with each other so as to have a space part 7 between them and an inner electrode 4 on a plate having elasticity and conductivity arranged into the space part 7 between the pair of outer electrodes 2, 3, an insulator 5 for insulating between the outer electrodes 2, 3 and the inner electrode 4, a protruded part 2a having conductivity arranged into an opposing surface with the inner electrode 4 at several tens mm intervals in at least one electrode 2 of the pair of outer electrodes 2, 3, and an insulating shell 6 covering an outer circumference of the pair of outer electrodes 2, 3, wherein it performs a switch operation by contacting the protruded part 2a of the outer electrode 2 with the inner electrode 4 due to deforming by an external force.
