PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and maintain high dimensional accuracy required for a spool at lower cost. SOLUTION: The spool 12 consists of a base member 12a made of polyphenylene sulfide resin, four annular land members 12b1 to 12b4 made of aluminum material which are fixed apart in the axial direction from each other on an outer peripheral side of the base member 12a, and a bearing ball 15 which is fixed in a central section at one end of the base member and comes into contact with a pressing member 14. The base member 12a, the land members 12b1 to 12b4, and the bearing ball 12c are integrated by an insert molding method.
